REFUNDS

Refunds

In force from 14 October 2026.

NOT OPEN YET Purchasing isn't open yet. The trial is free; the purchase and refund provisions below describe the planned paid service.

Purchases are sold through Link; a refund is requested from Link support within 60 days and decided under Link's refund policy, which covers a purchase that wasn't received or is significantly not as described.

If your pass didn't arrive or doesn't unlock your order's exports, "Help with a purchase" in the tool attempts to recover access, and if that fails we support a full refund.

First: if your pass didn't arrive, or your exports are still locked

Open the order in the tool and choose "Help with a purchase", then "I paid and my exports are locked". It checks for your payment and attempts to recover access. It needs no message to anyone. If recovery fails, follow the refund instructions below.

How to ask for a refund

A refund is requested from Link support, within 60 days of the purchase. Link's refund policy says how. The receipt Link emailed you identifies the purchase.

We support a full refund when a pass didn't arrive or doesn't unlock your order's exports and "Help with a purchase" didn't fix it. We also support one when the tool didn't do what this site says it does.

Who decides, and what this site can't do

Link decides a refund request under its own policy. A refund is made by Link and never by this site, so the confirmation of a refund always comes from Link.

Nothing on this page limits Link's refund policy. Where it gives you more than this page does, it applies.

If you don't recognise the charge

A RosterPress order pass appears on a card statement on a line that begins LINK.COM*, and its receipt comes from Link by email. "Help with a purchase" in the tool says what a charge is for.
